Shipping Policy

If you request to have your order shipped:

Most packages are sent using the US Postal Service and occasionally shipped with other carriers like  UPS and Fed-EX.

Once the package is on its way, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide.

In the event your item is not in stock at the time of purchase we will put your item on our backorder list. Sometimes a comparable item will be shipped in place of an item which is not in stock.  We ship items in stock right away. Backorder items will be shipped as we get it.

On returns shipping cost is not refunded.
