Return Policy

• Please do not remove any tags from your items before your child tries them on
  
• Keep the receipt that is included with your package
  
• Please do not write your child’s name in the garments, wear them, wash them, or alter them until you have committed to keeping them
  
• Read and follow manufacturers’ laundry instructions
  
• Please remember that different items, styles, and brands may fit differently – Please try everything on
• Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of purchase

NO REFUNDS or STORE CREDITS will be issued for

• Items without original tags attached by the manufacturer
  
• Opened packages
  
• Merchandise that has been discontinued, special ordered, clearance-priced, worn, washed, altered, or that we determine we cannot re-sell
  

YOUR REFUND

• Will only be issued within 30 days of purchase
  
• Must be accompanied by original receipt
  
• Will be in same method as paid; scrip purchases will be issued store credit                                                                                          

STORE CREDIT

• Will be issued for items returned without original receipt
  
• Will be issued for items purchased between 30 & 60 days
  
• Expires one calendar year from issue date
